Stac Pollaidh on a sunny autumn afternoon. I think it was autumn anyway. This was ages ago. A pointy rock in the foreground echoes the shape of the hills and a wisp of cloud looks like smoke from a chimney...if Stac Pollaidh were a chimney.

Rocks and raking sunlight on the way out to Stac Pollaidh are probably enough to explain why i took this. I do enjoy the wisp of cloud that makes the hill a chimney though. #LandscapePhotography #StacPollaidh #Highlands

I think i remember remembering seeing ET here. But i can't remember if i really do remember that or not.

Was just reading up on her - apparently ended up in the Med for ages, went to the Grenadines - 1st Cal Mac ship to cross the Atlantic. Ended up going on fire in Greece and being scrapped in Turkey in the 00s. Some story!

Yep, i was too young to go on it. The Heb Isles would go on booze cruises too..band on the car deck!

Ha! I can sort of remember being on the Heb but nothing specific...i definitely remember when she left. Just about everyone was crammed onto the pier!
