3 years ago, I could perform a very basic search in any engine and get an absurd number of relevant links, research articles, etc.

Today, I can perform the same search and find absolutely nothing.

I don’t really know what Dan Kaminsky was like as a person. I do know that a warm communication from someone whose work I admired made me smile.

I’d like to be *excited* with people more often and lift them up. I feel like in all the noise and stress of the last few years I’ve lost some of that.

I worry the changes from 2017 requiring California physicians to finish 3 yrs residency before moonlighting (longest in the nation) will hurt our ability to attract doctors, and cause a lot of financial hardship. it’s already with these changes very challenging unless you happen to come from wealth…

I guess going into year 2 of med school it might be nice to be more familiar with specific literature regarding blockers/adolescent HRT initiation since I’m probably gonna talk with my peers about it a lot and encourage them to practice at the limits of their specialties once out in the world.
