It would be utterly ridiculous, but not surprise me if wearing certain types of belts and sitting down were strongly correlated with prostate and bladder cancers in men, if not actually causative.

Missed this when it came out... reminds me of the Queensryche "Operation Mindcrime" concept album, larger in breadth. First of a double release, alpha is about a guy in a cult, escape & institutionalisation made him a weapon.
