After I take my daughter to school im walking a minimum of 12k steps

I feel sick today due to how much I have ate in the past 48 hours im so angry at myself

I was doing so well

I ate today why do I eat its never worth it

Yes and that's my sister and her husband. Julie Anne clark she abused me for 12 years. Jordan milo clark abused me with her for 4 of those years.
