Looks like Arizona is about to get a new town for the first time in 15 years!

Early results show 68% of voters want to incorporate San Tan Valley, one of the fastest growing communities nationwide.

The last AZ town to incorporate was Tusayan, with ~600 residents. STV has 106,000.

Arizona State University's International Students and Scholars Center is advising members return to the US before Trump becomes president on Jan. 20.

"We are making this advisory out of an abundance of caution to hopefully prevent any possible travel disruption," an email reads.
