We're currently using Eventbrite but having a few issues with AI and hidden fees.

Hi Chris! There isn't a hard and fast deadline currently. Depending on the response I guess the first round of games will be sent off within the next 6 weeks or so but consider my DMs open indefinitely if you want to send anything in future :)
