Well I had tickets for two gigs this month (different venues) and they’ve both been fucking cancelled today. Some fucker is getting fat on all these booking fees though.

Wishing a very happy 70th birthday to the great Phil Oakey. I only saw the Human League once. Stafford in Dec 1981 just as they’d hit No.1. Still a surprisingly high punk-quotient in the crowd. “If one more person spits at me I’m leaving this stage”. Oh Phil mate you don’t say that in Stafford 💦
