If you're in Scotland & a member of the Labour party, you would get a vote on their Scottish leader and UK leader, as "Scottish Labour", is just a notional group within the wider party. Whereas the "Scottish Green Party" is entirely separate from the "Green Party" (Green Party of England & Wales)
