My mother in law passed away this week from a heart attack. She was the best grandma to my son Ethan. Life has been emotionally taxing the past few years. However, I have learned greater appreciation for our time here, now.

Thats a great approach. Rigidity and blaming ourselves doesnt help at all. Give yourself grace and regardless of a slip-up or 2, the changes are still happening for the better.

Great call! I chose a holiday (St Patrick's Day) myself. I think we arbitrarily try to have a resolution bc we feel we SHOULD have one or several.

Although these can be helpful, you can make a decision to improve your life at any time throughout the year. Whenever you feel the time is right, embrace it.

I think I paid for a year because of guided meditations, which I never use, ha. But, they are real nice if that's your jam. Plenty of resources for those so inclined, but I just use it for the timer feature and tracking.

I use the Insight Timer. I have enjoyed it quite a bit, but this is the only one I have used, so no ability to compare it to anything else.
