I actually experience face pareidolia with the upper part of that tree. And I am not sure if this has a name, but related to our tendency to see faces there is certainly our tendency to add faces to things :-)

In Germany we have the word Muße which denotes a peaceful free time with inner quiet. It is associated with creativity. Apparently the Romans also had such a notion.

Lise Meitner Excellence Program Since 2018, up to ten further Lise Meitner Groups will be advertised to recruit and promote exceptionally qualified female scientists as part of the new Lise Meitner Excellence Program.

I keep reading such things and want to mention applications are open in the German Lise Meitner program for excellent female scientists, who typically already have leadership experience. It is the breeding ground for future MPI directors. Maybe you can point some folks to it that may match.

Possible reason is that scientists put each other on really helpful lists that can be followed. Pretty sure this is why I found you.
