I play pickleball now. I thought it was just for older folks but I gotta admit it’s a lot of fun and plenty of young ones out there taking it up. Great for exercise, competition and community. I thank my mom for getting me into it.

Makes sense. I love the meals included from your own farm. Sent to some friends that frequent Costa Rica. They love the surfing there. Who knows. Maybe we’ll make it down someday.

I’m not a huge fan of “glamping” but this is an interesting collab between BIG and Nokken. Also, Nokken is a pretty cool modular cabin company I’ve not seen before worth a look.

Beds are a big large in relation to living space but otherwise loving it.

Hah. Cape May doesn’t understand building codes and is corrupt and incompetent. High Barrier to entry unless you’ve lived here for generations…

Started raising a family and building businesses along side my wife in Philly. Moved to Cape May, NJ (beach town) in 2018. Two boys are now 13 & 15. Still building our dream house together while eyeing up next hospitality project to help fund our boys getting a better start than we did after school.
