We just learned that a cyclist was hit and killed by the driver of Mack truck on 58th and Baltimore Ave. this morning. We are still trying to get more information but we are devastated for the victim's family.
This is the second bicyclists fatality in Philly this year.

You are right...technically. Heavier cargo bikes were not taken into consideration. The 100lb limit is a response to out-of-class vehicles.
PA micro-mobility laws are flawed. E-scooters are illegal but hoverboards are legal?
