I wonder if I could get this on a tshirt :)
It's for research purposes, so no patient care issue.
The whole point of the way that he designed it is that there is a human in the middle that reviews what the LLM picked out, and it has to justify its decisions.
We've run it on hundreds of synthetic and anonymous notes and it's working well
nope - chatgpt :)
15.02.2026 15:30 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0an MD I work with just used AI to create an entire web app that parses notes and pathology reports for patients with CLL and classifies their clinical phenotype. It presents the results to a user who can then give feedback on things it got wrong, and it improves!
There are genuine uses cases! :)
Wizardry: Bane of the Cosmic Forge (I even drew a bitmap copy of the spell words you needed to unlock it)
Wizardry 8
I miss well thought out real turn-based combat

Those details are in the terms of the mortgage, which are not public.
All I can tell you is that when a building has a mortgage, you can look at the tax bills and see that the bank is paying the taxes.
I dont understand what you've said here

This is all public record. They think they can just outright lie in the media and get away with it lol
One of these days I need to figure out how to do something good with the giant NYC property database I built. I have multiple dwelling registrations, property taxes, mortgages, violations, and tax abatements going back decades.
07.02.2026 01:47 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0grrr still want an edit button lol
that tax thing applies to COMMERCIAL mortgages obviously, not personal ones
80's, nothing! My building was owned by the same family for 3 generations until it sold in 2012 (to notorious slumlord Margaret Streicker Porres lol)
07.02.2026 01:37 β π 21 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0In NYC when you take out a mortgage the debt servicer pays the property tax. So that's irrelevant.
Some of these buildings have more than 20x the yearly NOI in debt. In the article Bonanno states she inherited the buildings. Nobody forced her to take on that much debt
sorry I'm a little slow on the uptake tonight lol

But it's possible!
probably justified. Although to be fair that's her married name
07.02.2026 00:25 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I looked up their buildings. Bonanno is making $3m/year from her 9 buildings.
Must be tough
and, for the record, a LOT of NYC landlords are like this. Their parents or grandparents purchased the buildings decades ago when rent regulation was universal and managing property was viewed as low-brow and was less profitable. My building is the same!
06.02.2026 23:59 β π 213 π 8 π¬ 1 π 0I looked up their buildings in public records. The Bonanno family is making $3m/yr after expenses and before taxes and debt servicing.
cry me a river lol
Shoot me a DM. I'll send you an excel of all the buildings these two jokers own, how much money they make, and how much debt they have. One of the buildings has a J-51 tax abatement that REQUIRES 100% rent stabilized leases.
Nobody forced them to take that lol
