I'd advise caution on O'Reilly. Didn't see the whole game myself but apparently he looked tired and they have RMA midweek. Mind you he's a 20-yo who's not been a regular senior starter before this season and is now playing almost every minute, including two full 90's for England.

Not heard anything and don't think they have before, but some flag related rules to the price change algorithm, which FPL never disclose, will surely apply as with any flags (so they should drop at a slower rate).
