I think it's for physicality but at the expense of Mullins clever play and eye for goal. Makes no sense to me.

Away form is so poor. I think I'd rather have seen Fred up front and Mullins in behind. Cauley was pointless tonight. I really hope Henderson isn't injured again, we look so poor when Leahy is playing at the moment. If we've lost Henderson and CBM for any time we are doomed to lower mid table.

I think Norris' hesitation is the thing that gets me, yesterday and at Luton he looks like he will come out but decides against, meantime the defender has lost his chances to clear. It must be experience that keeps him in the team, can't think of another reason.

I think he was flogged to death in the first part of the season and we are seeing the effects of that. The player I'm really not sure about is Harris. I think Mullins would have been more likely to unpick their defence in first half. Hey ho, need to get a win at Exeter now... Easy eh.

Oh yes, considering where we were when Duff came in it's quite remarkable that we were considering the play offs. Norris has isolated games where he's shocking (Luton and some of today). Otherwise he's competent. We were in for the Reading keeper, he isn't great either. It's 3rd division after all

Yeah I agree. Although today it wasn't the lack of a striker that cost us, it was the fact that Reading had one. Other than Marriott they had absolutely nothing. I think there's an argument to give Norris some blame, beaten at near post for 2nd, hesitant to go and clear for 1st.
