If their councils are in a similar state to some local to me, they might struggle with banning working at home when they find out how many council buildings have been sold off to raise funds.

The last time social work student bursaries increased was 2014. That’s the year of the ice-bucket challenge, Scottish independence vote, Interstellar, King Joffrey’s death, Brazil World Cup, Pharrell's "Happy"... That is history, and this is a scandal.
