There’s trapped water so there’s less and less water because nestle has tonnes of it in bottles in a warehouse, hell even in a random ketchup packet there’s a drop of water, throw it away and it won’t degrade or decompose and that’s a drop of water lost in the system.

I ate solid food today and whilst my jaw just about handled it, my stomach enormously cannot now lol

I socialised a bunch for the first time since surgery last night and now I feel enormously hungover

oh nothing to worry about! I had two bone grafts on my jaw!

growing new bone is exhausting

absolutely fuck that! Luckily I work for a medical company and they’re taking it super serious (extra risk with diabetes) so I’m off for a week and wfh for a week after
