@michaelcralph.bsky.social don’t worry, after finishing your podcast, I listened to Hidden Brain and the guest used the word schema several times.

Sorry if I made you self conscious about it. I have a lot of phrase I found myself repeating when I’d edit my podcast. Unlike your appropriate use of a descriptive word, mine are mostly nonsense filler verbal ticks.

Took 32 minutes @michaelcralph.bsky.social , but I appreciate the name check. I also felt like you were describing why I both love and constantly tweak all of the formative structures I have built for my biology class in the discussion.

This is heartbreaking to read but unfortunately so understandable. This is the first time in my career when I’ve actually started to think about how far away I am to retirement. It’s not the classroom work or the kids for me. It is all of the other asks.

@mrnishkumar.bsky.social put on an outstanding show. The Boston show had a real family atmosphere oddly enough. 10/10 highly recommend.

Why aren’t the headlines about the current administration destroying American jobs? Why are people who work for the government not talked about as American workers?

Formative question 1: Identify the typical yeast and temperature ranges used for lagers, hybrid beers, and ales during primary fermentation. I will review this ext ticket and use it shape our next discussion.

I’m such a curriculum writing nerd I just found myself wring a sequence of things to assess on a post it note. It started with β€œoverview of beer”.

I may need to write some formative assessments for you 2 about beer styles. So many cognitive areas to explore.

It was the first 5 minutes when Laurence says that both an ale and lager yeast were used to make a Kolsch that I shouted out β€œWhat is he talking about!?” It’s a hybrid ale that is brewed at a lower temperature giving it a lager like quality. It can also be Lagered (cold stored).

Sadly your podcast has more understanding of beer than many beer reps/PR people. Your innate curiosity is not something that many sales people have (and not what they are hired for).
