I have some thoughts as I wrap up my 7-week exercise/diet challenge from Fit Body Boot Camp. The basics are still true. A combination of diet and exercise is really the best way to lose weight and get in shape. It was hard to adjust coming from a sedentary state to an active one.

I'd like to see a citation for this. Lithium is generally benign, it does use a lot of water though. There are concerns for the heavy metals used in the anodes, but it is a small amount compared to the lithium mass. Fracking for oil, seems to have much larger environmental impacts.
