Acquisition of DLBCL-intrinsic CD19 CAR-T cell therapy resistance in cell lines identifies a cross-antigen resistant phenotype with a gene signature predictive of clinical CAR-T response. Read more:
Inadequate CAR T-cell infiltration into solid tumors limits efficacy. The authors show that engineering CAR T cells to express osteopontin can overcome physical barriers in solid tumors, offering a promising strategy to improve CAR T-cell infiltration and efficacy.
