Goose Island Beer Company has a line of IPAs under its “Beer Hug” label, featuring largely higher-alcohol beers across a variety of IPA subcategories. The latest in the lineup is Big Hazy Pineapple Beer Hug, an imperial hazy IPA that clocks in at 9.9% ABV.

It's such an unseasonably nice day here for February that I opened up a beer to match. This "33" Oregon Pale from Gold Dot Beer fits the bill, brewed for Market of Choice. It's made exclusively with Oregon malt and hops from Goschie Farms, celebrating the bounty of Oregon's Willamette Valley.
