The latest beer in the Farm to Market series from Zupan's Markets is a collaboration with Hetty Alice Beers on a fresh hop IPA: Flash Frozen Fresh Hop IPA. As you might expect from the name, the fresh hops are frozen and shattered to extract the hop character.

On Monday, we stopped in at B2 Taphouse on the way through Salem and I enjoyed my second #freshhop beer of the season, Killer Red from Double Mountain Brewery. This India Red Ale is infused with fresh Centennial hops fresh off the bine and it's lush with pine and orange notes. Cheers! 🍻
