Susan Tincher was just released at the St. Paul Fort Snelling ICE facilities, per her husband Jim.

There is a vigil for Susan at the North Minneapolis Peace Garden (18th and Emerson) at 6 p.m. tonight. Her husband hopes it's a "welcome home" celebration.

Again, an ICE observer was detained by assumedly ICE agents early this morning in North Minneapolis. No one knows where she is right now.
