If Labour breaks its promise on taxation for working people it would be nothing short of political suicide. To raise taxes on working people when they don’t have much spare as it is should go against everything we stand for.

18 to 20 year olds earn a minimum of £10 an hour. Assuming a 40 hour week that’s just over £20K a year. Does Farage really believe people can live off that? When rent alone will take at least half that.

16% turnout for the election of Labour’s Deputy Leader is pretty torrid.

I can’t pretend I’m not disappointed by the result, but it is important that as members we get behind our newly elected Deputy Leader.

I could not give a damn that Reform lost. Some of you aren’t ready to hear this…but they came closer to winning than us and by some margin.

I’m seeing so many Labour heads in the sand. We won 11% of the vote in what should be a safe Labour seat.

I should say I was nearly 20 stone when I started. I wasn’t eligible to receive it on prescription. Its cost me well over a grand at this point. I’m lucky I work full time and live with mum and dad rent free. Next year it should be far cheaper when the licences run out.

Mounjaro has utterly changed my life. Since April I’ve lost 4 stone. I haven’t weighed this light since I was 16. I really don’t believe it would have been possible without it.

It’s not good politics or indeed good for the cause for Starmer to constantly give his critics air time. It is an apt criticism however to say he needs to be more aggressive when prosecuting an argument.

If Lucy Powell is elected Deputy Leader she’ll be in the headlines every time she undermines the leader.

That’s not healthy for the party or for government.
