Jared Lamson, Karen Bertasso-Hughes win 2025 CDPHP Workforce Challenge in Albany Jared Lamson and Karen Bertasso-Hughes claimed top honors at the 2025 CDPHP Workforce Team Challenge in Albany, finishing first in the 3.5-mile race.

Lamson broke away from runner-up Jack Huber of Delmar around the two-mile mark and never looked back in finishing in 17:06. On the women’s side, Karen Bertasso-Hughes of Selkirk added to her storied resume, claiming her sixth career Workforce Challenge title with a time of 20:05.

We had a blast at the CDPHP #WorkForceChallenge! Jack Huber took 2nd place overall for the 2nd year in a row and the whole team enjoyed the event.
