For good or ill, I knew Cesar, many years ago, and I cannot say I ever saw him abuse horses, as described in the testimony, however what I did see was his lack of empathy and true partnership with the horse. IMO, Cesar did not consider horses as equal partners, but more tools to achieve his end.
