St. Patrick's Day in Irish birth records 1864-1923: Of almost 9,500 children registered with a date of birth of 17 March, less than a third (2,535) were registered with some version of the name Patrick. Of these, 334 were named Patricia - the first being Patricia Martin in 1894 #IrishGenealogy
