If you want to make a bread pudding, make a bunch of slices and layer in a buttered casserole. Brew some strong coffee or espresso. Melt some chocolate into it and add sugar to taste. Pour over the bread and bake at 400°F until the liquid is absorbed. Cool slightly and serve with whipped cream.
