I live in a very red area and since Costco told Trump to pound sand over DEI, I've not seen many Trump supporters in the one I shop at where before that I was seeing at least a few every time I was in there.

If they used the entire song, yes. It's can a problem. If they only used a small part, Fair Use laws protect that.

If they haven't, the artist can send a cease and desist. If they're only using a small part, then Fair Use comes into play.
