Well, I’ve had a lengthy meeting in London and a swift pint and now I’m at Heathrow for the next four hours. Time for a browse around a book shop and then something nice to eat. Maybe a glass of something as well.

Just had a picture from young Rob over in Norway. He’s over there to do some urgent repairs to my grandfathers lodge. I can’t believe it’s a year ago I was living there with the dogs wondering what life was about. Depressed and drinking. Who’d have thunk.

It’s not just Alice getting dirty today. I thought I’d use the afternoon to put the delivery away and clean the cellar. It’s another dirty job especially the other side where I think I may have been bitten. Still, there’s always a nice long, hot shower to look forward to.
