20.02.2026 20:52 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Do you have a list of your CR references?
19.02.2026 23:32 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Yeah the cards seem boring to me and TMNT is just not a thing about my childhood I have nostalgia for, but I like you guys.
19.02.2026 23:28 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0But her name is Lita... This doesn't make any sense.
19.02.2026 16:50 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The best counter example I have is the cross country shooting event where sliding is arguably only 50% of the event because they shoot from a stationary position.
18.02.2026 03:53 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I don't like that this card implies that I can't handle spicy food. 3 damage to me!? Outrageous.
17.02.2026 21:32 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Seconded. 100 years, Squen and Cragg.
16.02.2026 21:35 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0It was obvious the moment she pulled a pile of non random cards out of her pocket. It was so clearly a pile of good cards that wouldn't be a catastrophe if she lost them.
15.02.2026 22:11 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I would venture to guess that B4 tends to have less compact win conditions/threats. Also perhaps more varied or unrelated win conditions in a single deck.
I have a green goblin artifacts list that can win wide (via necrons), tall (via cpt. Howler), or direct (via weapons manufacturing).
She seems nice. Give her the benefit of the doubt. People don't gotta be on the Internet all the time. Sometimes they are practicing doing spin jumps on the ice.
12.02.2026 05:22 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0This gif needs a "my face when casting <insert problematic card>" meme.
11.02.2026 22:35 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0In a world of infinite print runs, I'm not disputing that FF would still be the highest selling -- it still would be. But the point remains that it wasn't possible for other sets to sell as much as FF because they didn't print as much in the initial run.
10.02.2026 23:41 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Right?
10.02.2026 23:28 β π 2 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Correct -- spidey "sold out" in that distributors bought the entire supply, and quickly got burned. But Wizards sold everything they printed.
10.02.2026 23:16 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I don't have direct data of it, but I suspect in the initial sale window (e.g., not a reprint window) that every set since Dragonstorm has sold out. Hype can die down by the time reprint runs make it to the market, but at the initial release run they all sell out.
10.02.2026 23:11 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0The "best selling" statistic is highly dependent on how much of it they print. Final Fantasy is the best selling because they printed more of it than any other set.
10.02.2026 23:05 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 4 π 0You got Amber booked as a Game Knight yet?
10.02.2026 01:00 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0You talk about trading M. Jones, but how much do the Niners want to keep seeing Shanahan rehabilitated QBs on the opposite sidelines? Darnold is a divisional rival 2 years out. Do we want Jones as a Cardinal/Ram soon? Don't the Niners want to limit injections of rehabilitated QBs into the league?
10.02.2026 00:11 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Can confirm this is a drum you've been beating for years. I argued with you about this back around War of the Spark. I have come around to your point of view -- count another older player in favor of the switch (Hybrid only, still against 2brid switching).
09.02.2026 20:02 β π 3 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0You're right! Also that card didn't really belong in that deck. Was a weird include to begin with and didn't need to be reprinted.
09.02.2026 19:11 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I think they mostly have? They've been replacing his art (e.g., Assassin's Trophy). Looks like Farewell was in Murders at Karlov commander decks and Selfless Spirit was in the Dragonstorm decks. Other than that, I don't see much else in the last several years.
09.02.2026 19:07 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Reading the rules on the sticker sheet and then immediately disassociating was amazing content.

09.02.2026 18:21 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0slinging spin jumps and cardboard out in Milan.
09.02.2026 18:13 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Honestly sounds like an Onion headline: "Rules Committee Declares Every Card Restricted for 17th Time."
09.02.2026 18:01 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0No complaints.
I've decided I want the Grizdaddy unbanned now. I think it would be interesting to frame the brackets such that Griz couldn't be played outside of bracket 4.
wrt: Griselbrand, honestly how much different would he be than Ad Naus? Ad Naus has a build restriction, but Gris costs 3 more and/or reanimation is more telegraphed. Its primary issue is not having a counterplay window -- but nor does Nyxbloom Ancient, and that's not even on GC list.
09.02.2026 17:37 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Interesting that Hybrid discussion didn't distinguish between hybrid and 2brid as that was part of the discourse.
Don't unban Iona or Titan. Mono color, basic land decks should never be disincentivized. As much as it would be cute to put titan in a gates deck, that doesn't seem healthy.
