The original Far Side Cow Tools Cartoon by Gary Larson. A cow stands on its hind legs behind a table, staring blankly at the viewer from behind its heavy brow ridge. On the table are four crudely made tools: a lump, a lump with an offset crooked handle, a long stick with hooked prongs at the end, and a crude handsaw with irregular teeth. In the background a barn sits on a hill. Caption reads, "Cow tools."

I'd say mink, possibly because it's the only animal that colour and shape that I've seen in the wild. Were they muntjacs in the second clip?

I've seen it suggested that this is where he's planning to hold his third inauguration, so the crowd photos can't be compared with Obama's.

I used to work for the council so my pass allowed me to wander all round the town hall. It is as beautiful inside as out and the details, including the materials it's made of, are often stunning. No wonder it was a popular filming location.

From memory, I think labour polled about 8000 votes and the Tory winning margin was well under 2000 votes. The tactical voting sites said 'too close to call' right up until just before the election when I think some of them advised a labour vote. Lib Dems could have won easily.

Looks like something the Greens or especially the LibDems could film as a comedy sketch.

I've had cochlear implants for over 20 years and they have transformed my life. I hope this kind of technology becomes as universally helpful for vision impaired people.

When we decided to sell our South Manchester house a few years ago we invited three estate agents to come and value the house. After we had made our choice and politely declined the rest one of those not chosen came back with a really tetchy response. We got about 40k more than their estimate!

I'm far from being an expert in all this but it filled the UK media when the implementation of Brexit in Northern Ireland was being negotiated so it was hard to miss.

Northern Ireland (NI), which is part of the UK and therefore not in the EU, has a land border with Ireland, which is in the EU. NI actually voted not to leave the EU and doesn't want to have restrictions on cross border trade. People born in NI can apply for Irish, and therefore EU, passports.
