Honestly I've always struggled with understanding how people learn things and this is the clearest explanation I've heard. I think I'll keep it in my brain.

Vehicle for delivering salt. My cat just licks them for the salt when she finds them on the floor then leaves the soggy leftover part for her dog siblings to clean up (dogs'll eat anything)

Yeah that whole thing's been super shady. On quality though I'm more concerned that Mt. Shasta (the city) has had to chlorinate their water supply several times in recent years (though that could be due to issues down the line) & potential pesticide runoff from the less scrupulous cannabis grows.

God I hope they don't actually can it at Shasta Springs... I'm not even sure it was truly safe for people to be consuming that water in the wild a hundred years ago, but I would definitely advise against it now

I used to do home care for a couple of adults, roommates, with disabilities. One was ~15 yrs older than the other. I advocated for them with providers so I had access to their info. All I can say is that one had an autism diagnosis and the other's diagnosis had words in it we don't use anymore.

I wondered at what point they'd realize that by demonizing his detractors for posting certain of the man's own quotes in the wake of his death that they'd complicated their own relationship with the content of those quotes.
