We love plants! Especially edible ones!
At Kemmons Wilson Culinary Institute, at the University of Memphis, they are growing an assortment of herbs and lettuces in the hydroponics lab. Some have been used in HPRM 2012 Introduction to Culinary class. Yum!#universityofmemphis#plants#herbs#vegetables
