New research suggests that certain doses of caffeine consumption can disrupt one's sleep — even when caffeine is consumed 12 hours before going to bed.
Actually read the article and came away with the opposite message of the headline - yes if you drink *four cups* of coffee 12 hours before bed it'll affect your sleep, but one cup 4 hours before it is totally fine! Started drinking a cup with dinner.
