Yeah. The internet is definitely worse off for it. AI started as a novelty but quickly devolved into active hostility. With its mere presence flagging low quality products and services at best and worsening into flat out scams and misinformation. I hate seeing it everywhere.

Wild to me how many people are like "Yeah, LLM AI is expensive, mediocre, illegal, often dangerously wrong, and a clear effort by the wealthy to steal IP and depress wages. But hey, it's a little faster." Feels like every bubble before it.
