Bonkers body horror about vanity, fame, and the ways in which woman aren’t allowed to age gracefully.  Amazing performances from Demi Moore and Margaret Qualley and (mostly) great special effects but the ending fell flat for me and the running time is unnecessarily long.

Absolutely. It's a good example of someone of privilege having the resources to get "sober" but (seemingly) little or no ability to learn from his struggles and grow in healthy ways.

RFK Jr. is a fraud and a danger to public health. Pointing out his addiction history is unnecessary and harmful to those in recovery and those seeking it. Just because someone abused drugs in the past doesn't mean they can't have opinions and/or contribute to society. He just happens to be a fool.

I’m mostly concerned with my clients well being. Struggling with trauma, addiction, and/or general life/future/existential anxiety (everyone at this point whether or not people want to admit it) and facing a huge bill or no coverage seeking the support you need.

I’ve had a lot of these discussions with my clients the past few weeks. Trying to come up with a sliding scale/payment plan that works with people’s budgets. It’s a terrible situation to be in.

I think it is a personal taste thing for me. I don't hate guitar solos by any means but I strongly dislike solos/virtuosity that is macho posturing and/or just done in a reflexive/predictable way ("this is where the solo should go"). BC and J Mascis at times fall into those categories.

I've never been a fan of guitar solos/lead playing myself. Much prefer the simple and weird solos of people like Kurt Cobain or Jonny Greenwood (like the solo on Paranoid Android). I find Billy Corgan's solos to be a bit distracting at times, like they are more in service of his ego than the song.

This is a good point. I need to listen to his guitar playing more carefully when I revisit those earlier albums.

Me repeatedly misspelling the album name reflects my level of appreciation for SP. 🤦‍♂️ Haha.

I tried listening to MC in the past year or so and couldn't make it all the way through. Ok Computer is great from start to finish (though it's hard to listen to Karma Police at this point).
