In case you can't tell, I spent my evening organizing #nativeplants seeds for this year's winter sowing etc. I have 29 spp. I plan to sow, most already planted around the yard - I'm shooting both for more volume and to give them away next year. Growing 11 spp. from seed for the first time. 🌱

A frankly bedraggled patch of swamp milkweed. There are a lot of stripey monarch caterpillars in it, though not all may be visible.

At least 9 baby monarchs in this little patch 🤯 and at least one over in the butterfly weed. The gardening is working
