The 13 presidential libraries from Herbert Hoover through George W. Bush are by statute federal institutions, operated and maintained by the National Archives, an executive-branch agency.

That still doesn't give State or the White House the right to steal artifacts that belong to the government.

Like he has to give the federal government **60%** of what it costs him to build it as an endowment above and beyond his costs.

They shouldn't have any say, and no FPOTUS or their families shouldn't, either; such artifacts belong to the American people, and the federal government preserves them under the law.

Sadly, though, NARA inappropriately allows them to veto its selection of the federal employees who run each library.

Every time a Democrat carves out a topic about which they hope to make a name for themselves by making common cause with fascists, they affirmatively legitimize those fascists.

It doesn't matter what the topic is; you don't join with fascists, nor with members of a fascist party.

No exceptions.

And NARA is supposed to have such an inventory, but a 2007 OIG audit report—after insider thefts at the Reagan—found troubling issues.

They returned to Ukraine because their son has adhd and other developmental disabilities that have treatments that are prohibitively expensive in the US. Let that sink in.

No, Rubio didn't fire him. The partisan appointee who runs NARA day to day did, according to my sources (I broke this story).

That appointee is the CEO of the Richard Nixon Foundation, "on leave" to be Rubio's "Special Assistant."
