A small moment of intentional joy and gratitude that I have overlooked for far too long is that Bob, (who, for context, included "I promise to make your coffee" in his wedding vows), always* makes the exact right amount of coffee for both of us. On workdays like today with travel mugs and on weekends with multiple mug refills. It's very impressive and makes me feel loved sweetly by a man who would hate to be described like that. Reminders for me from this: Find your joy intentionally, if you can. Love your people sweetly in little ways consistently. Acknowledge your gratitude publicly when you are able. #MilitantKindness And a new one... #CompassionateNonsense

I’m all for celebrating with a jazz-age soirée, but given the current moment, let’s also honor F Scott Fitzgerald’s work by thinking about how unregulated wealth, casual racism & convenient fatalism color the American dream.

If you have to think about due dates for bills, check your grocery prices, or plan ahead for your purchases of wants and needs, you are "making ends meet." No one likes billionaires. But I like you if you have this sticker.

This is Utah in case anyone’s wondering how pissed off people are. I have never seen anything like this.

No one saw the economic crisis coming in 2007.

No one knew the pandemic would hit our economy so hard in 2020.

It is absolutely insane to live in these totally expected and completely avoidable economic conditions of 2025.
