Genetic analyses further confirmed that SULTR1;2 acts downstream of BZR1 in the BR-mediated sulfur deficiency response.
Thanks to all co-authors for their contributions and support. And special thanks to my supervisor, Prof. Cun Wang, for his guidance and encouragement! ๐(3/3)

We found that BR signaling enhances SULTR1;2 expression via BZR1, a core BR transcription factor. Using AlphaFold3 prediction, LUC assays, EMSA, ChIP, and published ChIP-seq data, we demonstrated the binding of BZR1 to the SULTR1;2 promoter in vitro and in vivo (2/3).

Thrilled to share that my first first-author paper is now out in @newphyt.bsky.social !๐ฅฐ
We uncovered how brassinosteroid (BR) signaling promotes plant responses to sulfur (S) deficiency at phenotypic, molecular, and cellular levels. (1/3)

Honored to share our article in CHM!
We found KA120-MAC3 conducts a non-canonical way to regulate the plant immune. Thanks for the opportunity which Prof. Gu and Dr. Jia gave. I finished RNA-Seq and proteome analysis.

Hi, guys! Hereโs my first post. Iโll share lifeโs moment with you.
Iโm a phD student majoring plant molecular genetics and studying the mechanism of nutrient uptake and transport in plant in NWAFU. Molecular & cellular experiments are the melody and bioinformatic is the decoration tone.
Thatโs it.

Plant roots are the best! We study diverse and crazy cell type developmental programs at cellular resolution in plant roots. We have a special focus on those that make the plant more resilient in extreme stresses.
