actually it's still hispanic heritage month i'll say this shit:

there's no shame in being a "no sabo kid", I'm literally fluent in Spanish and can read, but not write well, in it. iI still get called a "no sabo kid." It is not your fault for not being able to speak a language you were never taught.

Ishgardian Elezen looks to be suffering in silence, face red and sweaty as he eats spicy curry. Duskwight Elezen beside him seems completely unaffected and enjoying his meal.

Yvelont can't quite handle the spicy curry~ meanwhile his boyfriend takes no notice of his suffering~

Someone's screenshot of a two-post twitter thread, from user blue (@bluewmist): the fastest way to kill motivation is to make your identity depend on the outcome. it's called ego involvement. when failing becomes failing as a person, your brain starts avoiding the whole thing. not because you don't care, but because you care too much. you don't need lower standards. you need less self-worth tangled up in your goals. the work gets easier when it's not about proving who you are.

Understandable! My boss literally forced me to take a little vacation because I was burnt out, I was upset at first cuz I had to use PTO I wasn't planning on, but now I'm grateful cuz I needed the break. I hope you feel better from your break overall despite the stress of projects ehe
