A new paper by Penic, Elcheroth and @rezartabilali.bsky.social is very elegant: combines qual vignettes about diverse conflict experiences with large-scale survey data to show that awareness of diverse conflict experiences produces social cohesion when soc. norms allow sharing of these experiences.
