Nothing to see here. Just more evidence that Musk rigged the election for tRump. Don’t you think it was weird that Musk and Doge were granted access almost immediately? They were covering their tracks and mining all our information as a quid pro quo from tRump.

This is a VERY well crafted lawsuit.
1) Plaintiff is natural born.
2) He was detained 2X in a fast-growing part of Alabama, not in a city that Brett Kavanaugh could be easily duped into believing was all migrants.
3) Unwarranted detentions were on private property.
4) He showed Real ID both times.

While Trump blusters about "law & order," a reminder that his administration has dropped or halted nearly 150 corporate enforcement actions.

And Trump himself has pardoned dozens of his supporters convicted of crimes like money laundering and bribery.

The hypocrisy is staggering.

If the Supreme Court ultimately agrees with what the gov't is arguing today, that the President has broad Article II powers that would permit it to deport people & there can be no judicial review, then literally no one is safe.
