A few years ago, I gave up on Fruits Basket after just a few episodes. I remember it being slow, but I think my #anime experience was just limited. This show is kind of sweet and adorable

That said, I really liked the series as it turned out. Just felt constantly bad for all that Watson put up with.

So I just watched the original pilot episode of BBC’s Sherlock series. Watson is a little sharper and contributes more. Sherlock is a little more human and openly appreciates the good doctor more.
I think I actually prefer that dynamic to John’s constant irritation and Holmes’s obliviousness.
