It depends on what I think of the person and their expertise. I find professional licensing as it's generally implemented to be poor (too much emphasis on experience hours and not enough on checking skill directly), so if the only issue is a missing or different license, I would not object to that.

I'm quite social, but I only tend to get anything out of socialization with neurodivergent people. This leads to a mismatched needs problem.
