Her hair is a bundle of white snakes that frame her face and loop around in various ways, but she has blunt bangs where the snakes have been chopped off (please don't worry, the snakes have no sentience and can't feel anything, they're basically prehensile hair). She's sticking her tongue out playfully, looking at the viewer with narrowed eyes. Some of the snakes are wrapped around her neck and across her chest, and in the full version on Patreon, you can see they're forming a sort of rope bondage harness that accentuates her breasts. The snake-skin pattern that runs through the snakes is a simple screentone that comes with Clip Studio Paint -- I use it a lot, but that's because it looks good. Cute snake hair woman...cute...
