There doesn't happen to be anybody on here who both wants and is able to give me like $1500 before tomorrow night so I can keep my car, does there?

So I found out I'm really really vitamin D deficient and that explains a lot, lol

On a personal level this week has sucked. I was in the ER twice on Wednesday and I haven't recovered fully yet and also my car has started making weird noises that I just have to pray aren't too bad >_<

So my area is at risk of doing a fire evacuation and I'm not sure what I'm going to do if that happens. I'm trying not to freak out but I'm kinda freaking out.

I love how every project is a learning experience. I've been making my fiance an organizer/travel case for her meds and I think if I do this again I'll just do the whole bottom first and then work my way up, instead of box by box like I did this one.

So apparently the night vision on my new phone is pretty damn good - without the night vision or flash this picture is basically just a black screen. I'll have to try the zoom at some point too.

Me: *goes to tend the fire*
Cat: Wait you're leaving? That's illegal 🥺
Me: *comes back from tending the fire*
Cat: Oh it's you. Whatever. 🤷🏻

Cat: I want on the bed, Dad 🥺
Me: Okay *rearranges legs to let him up*
Cat: *immediately steps on the bed remote, then lays on my crochet*
Me: ... I can't be mad at you, you're cute and hanging out with me 🥺

This is definitely not a complaint btw, it's *awesome* she did that, I'm just wondering what I did to give the impression I needed it.

I think the pharmacy tech thought I was deaf, because she thanked me in sign language before I used any 😅

Maybe she said something I didn't hear so she assumed I couldn't 😅

Okay, I went to urgent care because I can't eat. They took one look and were like "yep, exactly what I thought with your described symptoms, here's a mouth rinse prescription, feel better soon!"

I love it when things are easy, lol. Just hope the rinse works quickly.

... yeah I do. I just didn't want to have to go to urgent care today... 😓

So, if... hypothetically...a person had a sore, swollen spot on the roof of their mouth... and the teeth in front of that spot started to tingle and hurt... should that person worry about that?

They also gave me some IV magnesium because I was "a bit low". I didn't think much of it at the time because it was 1 in the morning and I was in pain and starting to get loopy from the muscle relaxer they gave me but thinking back now... I dunno. Just feels weird, y'know?

It's just... For something they were saying wasn't my heart they were *very insistent* that I see a cardiologist as soon as I could manage and I'm not sure if that's normal considering my symptoms or if they didn't want to tell me something in case I panicked 🫤

So, a thought occurs. How concerned/worried should I be if the ER said I'm fine but is so insistent that I see a cardiologist that they found and scheduled a primary care doctor for me to facilitate that?

I ended up sliding it off. Also I'm okay - it was a cardiac scare but all the tests came up clean. I was just... enjoying the medication they gave me XD

I looked up iridescent yarn even though I cannot afford anything right now and there is a place that makes custom cakes in single, variegated, and gradient colorways (the last 2 are mixed colors vs changing colors as you use the yarn) and with or without various colors of shimmer and I *want* it >_<

I should get up to go get some scissors to cut off my hospital band but I don't wanna fall down... Decisions... 🫤

So if you were thinking that you might be interested in custom hand-knit socks, but weren't sure because you didn't know how they'd look, here you go. 2-color socks with basic purl patterning (color swapped because I had a very limited amount of this yarn, but they look cool anyway).

That's fair, though I'll be using a magnifier so I don't hurt my eyes.

I mean, I'm not a designer, it'll just be the patterns I get elsewhere, only tiny. 😅

Gonna try my hand at micro crochet (crochet with thread, in this case specifically embroidery thread). If it works out, anybody interested in *extremely teeny tiny* stuffies?
