i think it's especially unusual to me because a majority of people i work with are high school or college aged, and tbh a lot of boys. so i'm always proud of them for being able to voice such things! even if it's not directed at me, obvs.

at my full time job i have an email folder for nice things people have said about me 💅🏻

i am bad at taking compliments in general but i do find it genuinely wonderful that people at my other job like working with me so much, and will tell me so.
