Ofc I gaslit myself around my food symptoms all this time, trauma mandated that I disbelieve my own reality. Now I know it’s reasonable to say no to foods that cause my body inflammation, to have safe foods, to trust me.

The relationship between trauma ↔️ inflammation alters internal homeostasis…
