My Tesla Model 3 was having fun glitching today.

Beautiful sunny day, so naturally the windshield wipers kept activating, & headlights were perpetually on.

Most likely it's just a confused camera (bugs, bird poop, shadows, etc.).

But that's Tesla for you. It does stuff like that CONSTANTLY.

Didn't add much travel time, either. No layovers or hotels needed.

Reading some online discussions about plane travel reminded me of a time we were diverted due to a mechanical issue. ✈️

Mid-flight one of the plane's sensors stopped working. It was minor, and would've probably been just fine, but we landed early and changed planes.

I'm improving as a player, taking occasional lessons. Just need to keep at it, get some more match experience, and try to have fun.

Friends helped me identify a couple quirks and misconfigurations on the Android side.

Easy to fix, but hugely impactful to the end user!

Thankful to get some testing in before making it more broadly available.

A little late after making dinner and hanging out with my daughter 🌇

Only changes needed were style / UI, easy to fix using `Platform.select()` 💪🏼

I sent an internal test version to friends to check for anything catastrophic. Hoping to release publicly in a day or two!

Even more rude: forgetting you don't have fully segregated environments.

Explains why the prod cloud function fails to find the user created in the test env... 🤦🏼‍♂️

There is something rude about trying to run cloud functions locally in order to speed up dev iteration time, only for that setup to not work and require lots of extra time to debug 😮‍💨

I missed an issue where notifications aren't fully set up during onboarding.

This was an issue in the past with a third-party API giving an expected 404 response but not gracefully handled.

Noisy in dev environment, quiet in production, so easily forgotten.

Going to handle it properly.

Inactive Google Play account warnings mean today I'm working on bringing @staywoven.com to Android.

Already got a successful build, which took some app config and dependency updates.

Onboarding worked great. Everything ~seems~ functional 🙌🏼

Fixing modal styles is next.
